Typhoon Usagi: Devastating storm hits Taiwan and China

One of the strongest typhoons to hit the Western Pacific this year, Typhoon Usagi, has struck Taiwan and South East China. Typhoon Usagi created giant waves reaching eight meters tall forcing some coastal villages to be evacuated and the Taiwan Agricultural Department has issued more than 300 slide warnings. Winds of up to 127 mph are set to move further across China towards Hong Kong. Report by Sarah Kerr.
